Diese Anlage besteht in der Regel aus Kernkomponenten wie einem Extruder, einer Gie\u00dfform, Abschreckwalzen, einer Zugvorrichtung und einem Wickelsystem, die eine kontinuierliche Folienproduktion erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>Das Arbeitsprinzip besteht darin, Polymermaterialien (wie PE, PP und TPU) in einem Extruder zu schmelzen, sie durch eine D\u00fcse zu einer Folie zu extrudieren und sie dann auf mit hoher Geschwindigkeit rotierenden K\u00fchlwalzen abzuschrecken und zu verfestigen, um schlie\u00dflich eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige, hochtransparente, ungestreckte Folie zu bilden.
