Es kann industrielle Gussproduktionsprozesse simulieren und liefert zuverl\u00e4ssige Daten f\u00fcr die Materialforschung und -entwicklung im kleinen Ma\u00dfstab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/de\/products\/3d-printing-filament-pla-abs-production-line\/\">3D-Druck-Filament-Versuchsanlage:<\/a> <\/strong>Speziell f\u00fcr den 3D-Druck entwickelt <strong>Filament <\/strong>Forschung und Entwicklung und unterst\u00fctzt g\u00e4ngige Materialien wie PLA, ABS, TPU und PEEK. Die Anlage zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Pr\u00e4zision bei der Steuerung des Drahtdurchmessers und einen stabilen Betrieb aus und erf\u00fcllt damit die Anforderungen an die Produktion von Kleinserien und Verbrauchsmaterialien in mehreren Varianten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/de\/products\/laboratory-banbury-mixer\/\">Labor-Innenmischer:<\/a><\/strong> Wird f\u00fcr das starke Mischen und Dispergieren von Polymeren und F\u00fcllstoffen verwendet und eignet sich f\u00fcr die Rezepturentwicklung von Gummi, Kunststoffen und thermoplastischen Elastomeren. Ausgestattet mit einem pr\u00e4zisen Temperaturkontrollsystem, kann es das rheologische Verhalten von Materialien w\u00e4hrend der Verarbeitung genau wiedergeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Konischer Miniatur-Zweischneckenextruder:<\/strong> Dank der konischen Schneckenkonstruktion verf\u00fcgt es \u00fcber hervorragende Zuf\u00fchrungseigenschaften und Selbstreinigungsf\u00e4higkeiten. Es eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr die Forschung im Mikroma\u00dfstab und die Prozess\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung von hochwertigen Materialien und technischen Spezialkunststoffen und bietet einen bequemen Materialwechsel und eine einfache Reinigung, wodurch die Forschungs- und Entwicklungskosten effektiv reduziert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/de\/products\/single-twin-screw-small-hot-melt-spinning-machine\/\">Labor-Spinnmaschinen<\/a><\/strong> bietet eine vollst\u00e4ndige Simulation des Spinnprozesses vom Schmelzen, Dosieren, Spinnen bis zum Aufwickeln, geeignet f\u00fcr die Erforschung des Spinnprozesses von Polyester, Nylon, Polypropylen und anderen Fasern.
