Hartek hat seine Teilnahme best\u00e4tigt und wird dort sein Produkt HTGD-11 vorstellen. <strong>Doppelschnecken-Schmelzextruder<\/strong> eine Labor-Extrusionsanlage am Stand B13 in Halle E sowie eine praktische Vorf\u00fchrung des gesamten Prozesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der HTGD-11 ist ein Ger\u00e4t im Laborma\u00dfstab <strong>Hei\u00dfschmelzextruder<\/strong> Entwickelt von Hartek f\u00fcr pharmazeutische Hei\u00dfschmelz-Extrusionsprozesse. Das System nutzt eine unabh\u00e4ngige Mehrzonen-PID-Temperaturregelung, die eine Temperaturdifferenz von \u00b11 \u00b0C gew\u00e4hrleistet. Der modulare Aufbau der Schneckenbaugruppe erm\u00f6glicht eine schnelle Anpassung der Schneckenkonfiguration an die jeweiligen Rezepturen. Ein Getriebesystem mit hohem Drehmoment gew\u00e4hrleistet einen stabilen Betrieb bei hochviskosen Materialien.
