Die XPS-Folie eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr die Herstellung von elektronischen Bauteilen, Komponenten und Geh\u00e4usematerialien elektronischer Ger\u00e4te, die schwer entflammbar sein m\u00fcssen, und hat gro\u00dfe Marktchancen. Sie besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus einem Einschneckenextruder, einem Siebwechsler, einer Gie\u00dfd\u00fcse, einer Abwickel- und einer Gie\u00dfaufwickelrolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Labormaschine f\u00fcr die Folienextrusion kann eine 0,012 mm dicke Folie herstellen. Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Produkts ist gebrochen wei\u00df und lichtdurchl\u00e4ssig, glatt und flach, ohne sichtbare vertikale Kristallpunkte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Die Extrusionsform und die \u00dcbergangszonen werden beheizt, und zwar mit 265 Grad in der Materialzylinderzone 1, 285 Grad in der Materialzylinderzone 2 und 295 Grad in der Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Die XPS-Pellets werden vor dem Start der Maschine 4 Stunden lang bei 140 \u00b0C getrocknet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Jede Antriebswalze (Gie\u00dfen, Traktion und Wicklung) wird unabh\u00e4ngig von einem Servomotor angetrieben, mit pr\u00e4ziser Walzengeschwindigkeitskontrolle und guter Synchronisationsleistung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
