Sin embargo, al cambiar el cabezal de extrusi\u00f3n y el equipo auxiliar, la misma <strong>extrusora de escritorio<\/strong> puede producir pel\u00edculas extruidas, pel\u00edculas sopladas, l\u00e1minas, granulado e incluso hilado en estado fundido. Casos pr\u00e1cticos reales de usuarios del \u00e1mbito de la I+D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una empresa de modificaci\u00f3n: utilizando la misma unidad principal, los lunes se realizan pruebas de formulaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edcula extruida, los mi\u00e9rcoles se llevan a cabo comparaciones de pel\u00edcula soplada con una boquilla diferente y los viernes se realiza la verificaci\u00f3n de alambre. Una sola m\u00e1quina lleva a cabo pruebas a peque\u00f1a escala de tres productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un grupo de investigaci\u00f3n universitario: equipado con una unidad principal HAER y varios m\u00f3dulos funcionales, presta apoyo a tres estudiantes de posgrado con diferentes l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n (pel\u00edculas biodegradables, l\u00e1minas conductoras y filamentos para consumibles m\u00e9dicos, respectivamente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> III. Ventajas de <a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/es\/products\/desktop-film-extruder-line\/\">Extrusora de escritorio<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ocupa poco espacio: la unidad principal modular y las unidades funcionales ocupan menos de 2 metros cuadrados.<br>Costo controlable: Solo es necesario adquirir la unidad principal y los m\u00f3dulos b\u00e1sicos; las unidades adicionales se pueden comprar seg\u00fan sea necesario.<br>Funcionamiento unificado: una interfaz de sistema de control coherente reduce los costos de aprendizaje.<br>Datos coherentes: Los datos experimentales de diferentes procesos se registran en la misma plataforma, lo que facilita la comparaci\u00f3n horizontal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.
