La primera reacci\u00f3n de muchas personas es pensar que \u201cel troquel est\u00e1 obstruido\u201d o que \u201cel material es de mala calidad\u201d, y entonces limpian y cambian los materiales a ciegas, pero el problema sigue reapareciendo. De hecho, la causa de las rayas longitudinales es la fractura de la masa fundida, y la forma de las rayas indica directamente el tipo de fractura y la direcci\u00f3n del ajuste. Este art\u00edculo le ense\u00f1a a diagnosticar a simple vista, sin tablas de par\u00e1metros, y a saber c\u00f3mo ajustar observando las rayas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Comprensi\u00f3n de los dos tipos de fractura por fusi\u00f3n: fractura viscosa frente a fractura el\u00e1stica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A medida que la masa fundida sale extruida por la ranura de la matriz, se ve sometida tanto a cizallamiento como a tensi\u00f3n. Ruptura viscosa (piel de tibur\u00f3n): Reducir la velocidad o aumentar la temperatura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diagn\u00f3stico visual:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La superficie de la membrana se asemeja a la piel de tibur\u00f3n, con finas ondulaciones transversales y regulares (perpendiculares a la direcci\u00f3n de tracci\u00f3n).<br>Esto suele aparecer a velocidades de extrusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altas y desaparece a medida que la velocidad disminuye. Es habitual en materiales de alta viscosidad (como el PET y el PP de alto \u00edndice de fluidez).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ocurre esto?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La masa fundida se ve sometida a velocidades de cizallamiento extremadamente altas en la pared del troquel, lo que hace que la superficie se \u201carrastre\u201d y se fracture, mientras que el interior permanece intacto. Es como empujar con fuerza una toalla de papel mojada: la superficie se desgarra primero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que no debes hacer: \u00a1Nunca bajes la temperatura! Fractura el\u00e1stica (en espiral): Calentamiento o aditivos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diagn\u00f3stico visual:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las vetas son grandes, retorcidas e irregulares, y se extienden a lo largo de la direcci\u00f3n de tracci\u00f3n (longitudinal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A veces adoptan formas espirales o parecidas al bamb\u00fa, e incluso toda la cortina de fundido vibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo general, aparecen de forma repentina a velocidades medias y persisten durante un tiempo tras la desaceleraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ocurre esto?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La masa fundida se estira y acumula energ\u00eda potencial el\u00e1stica dentro de la matriz, la cual se libera repentinamente al salir de la matriz, lo que provoca que la masa fundida \u201cse contraiga\u201d. Esto es habitual en materiales con una distribuci\u00f3n del peso molecular muy estrecha (como ciertas poliolefinas de metaloceno y el PMMA de alto peso molecular).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que no se debe hacer:<br>\u00a1Nunca reduzcas la velocidad! En el caso de una fractura el\u00e1stica, reducir la velocidad suele ser ineficaz e incluso puede alterar el per\u00edodo de las estr\u00edas sin eliminarlas. La soluci\u00f3n debe consistir en reducir la elasticidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Verificaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida en una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de pel\u00edcula fundida de sobremesa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n de pel\u00edcula extruida de sobremesa<\/strong>, gracias a sus tornillos cortos y sus matrices peque\u00f1as, facilitan la observaci\u00f3n del punto cr\u00edtico de fractura de la masa fundida y requieren menos materia prima (500 g son suficientes para un escaneo r\u00e1pido). Procedimiento recomendado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajusta las temperaturas del cilindro y la matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumenta gradualmente la velocidad de tracci\u00f3n de baja a alta (manteniendo la misma velocidad de extrusi\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anota la \u201cvelocidad cr\u00edtica\u201d a la que aparecen las rayas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajuste la velocidad seg\u00fan la morfolog\u00eda de la estela, tal como se ha descrito anteriormente, y observe si aumenta la velocidad cr\u00edtica.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Longitudinal streaks are one of the most troublesome problems in cast film machine experiments\u2014periodic or random patterns appear along the traction direction, sometimes fine like sharkskin, sometimes coarse and twisted.
