Problemas como la dispersi\u00f3n deficiente del plastificante o la distribuci\u00f3n desigual del estabilizador t\u00e9rmico se hacen evidentes de inmediato durante una prueba en un molino abierto de dos rodillos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hartek realiz\u00f3 recientemente una prueba previa a la venta para un cliente utilizando un sistema a escala de laboratorio <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/es\/products\/lab-two-roll-mill\/\">laminador abierto de dos rodillos<\/a><\/strong> (Modelo: HTR-120). Tiene un ancho de rodillo de 300 mm y permite un ajuste flexible del espesor de la chapa dentro del rango de 0,2 a 2 mm. Los rodillos de acero est\u00e1n cromados duramente y pulidos a espejo, y cuentan con una dureza Rockwell superior a 60 para garantizar su durabilidad durante un uso a largo plazo. Las opciones de calentamiento incluyen calentamiento el\u00e9ctrico o por aceite para adaptarse a los requisitos espec\u00edficos del proceso; el sistema admite temperaturas de hasta 300 \u00b0C con una precisi\u00f3n de control de \u00b12 \u00b0C, lo que cumple plenamente con las exigencias de estabilidad t\u00e9rmica de la formulaci\u00f3n de compuestos de PVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>laminador abierto de dos rodillos<\/strong> Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ofrecer una alta seguridad operativa, y cuenta con un mecanismo de apagado autom\u00e1tico que se activa mediante la cubierta protectora y un sistema de frenado de emergencia que se activa al abrirse la puerta en sentido contrario. El espacio entre los dos rodillos se puede ajustar manualmente con una precisi\u00f3n de 0,01 mm, lo que permite un control preciso del espesor de la l\u00e1mina.
