La superficie del producto es de color blanquecino y transmite la luz, es lisa y plana, sin l\u00edneas verticales cristalinas evidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. La matriz de moldeo por extrusi\u00f3n y las zonas de transici\u00f3n se calientan a 265 grados en la zona 1 del cilindro de material, a 285 grados en la zona 2 del cilindro de material y a 295 grados en el molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cada rodillo motorizado (fundici\u00f3n, tracci\u00f3n y bobinado) es accionado de forma independiente por un servomotor, con un control preciso de la velocidad del rodillo y un buen rendimiento de sincronizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se utilizan un controlador de temperatura del molde y un sistema de calentamiento por aceite t\u00e9rmico, lo que garantiza una temperatura precisa de la superficie del rodillo y una diferencia de temperatura m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
