A small-scale lab twin screw extrusion granulation line from Hartek has been shipped to Anhui Province. Installation, commissioning, and technical training have been completed, and it has been officially delivered to the customer for use. Below are photos of the on-site installation and operation.

Equipment Core Parameters and Functions

Core Configuration: Screw diameter 21.7mm, L/D ratio 40:1, equipped with a Siemens PLC centralized control system and touch screen operation terminal, temperature control accuracy ±1.0℃, speed adjustment range 50-600rpm.

Structural Features: Equipped with a clamshell-type splitting barrel and modular thread blocks for easy cleaning, maintenance, and process adjustment; coupled with a high-efficiency heating and cooling system, small-batch production is stable at 0.5-20kg/h.

Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for mixing, extruding, and granulation experiments of biopolymers, nano-mixtures, etc., and adaptable to scientific research experiments and process trial production needs.

Delivery and Training

Installation and Commissioning: The technical team completes equipment positioning, pipeline connection, no-load and load testing according to standardized procedures to ensure that all parameters meet standards and operation is stable.

Technical Training: One-on-one practical training is conducted to meet the customer’s R&D needs, covering operating procedures, parameter optimization, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of common faults, ensuring that the customer masters the core usage.
