Elle produit principalement des films coul\u00e9s pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de recherche telles que le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles formulations de mat\u00e9riaux, l'optimisation des param\u00e8tres de processus, la production pilote de petits lots et l'\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9. Cet \u00e9quipement se compose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels tels qu'une extrudeuse, une fili\u00e8re de coul\u00e9e, des rouleaux de trempe, un dispositif de traction et un syst\u00e8me d'enroulement, ce qui permet une production continue de films.<\/p><p>Son principe de fonctionnement consiste \u00e0 faire fondre des mat\u00e9riaux polym\u00e8res (tels que le PE, le PP et le TPU) dans une extrudeuse, \u00e0 les extruder \u00e0 travers une fili\u00e8re pour former un film, puis \u00e0 les tremper et \u00e0 les solidifier sur des rouleaux de refroidissement tournant \u00e0 grande vitesse pour former finalement un film uniforme, hautement transparent et non \u00e9tir\u00e9.
