La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action de beaucoup de gens est de penser que \u201c la fili\u00e8re est bouch\u00e9e \u201d ou que \u201c le mat\u00e9riau est de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 \u201d, puis ils nettoient et changent de mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 l'aveuglette, mais le probl\u00e8me persiste. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, l\u2019origine des stries longitudinales r\u00e9side dans la rupture de la masse fondue, et la forme des stries vous indique directement le type de rupture et la direction du r\u00e9glage. Cet article vous apprend \u00e0 diagnostiquer \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu, sans recourir \u00e0 des tableaux de param\u00e8tres, et \u00e0 savoir comment r\u00e9gler la machine en observant les stries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Comprendre les deux types de rupture par fusion : rupture visqueuse et rupture \u00e9lastique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque la mati\u00e8re fondue est extrud\u00e9e par la fente de la fili\u00e8re, elle subit \u00e0 la fois des forces de cisaillement et de traction. Rupture visqueuse (effet peau de requin) : r\u00e9duire la vitesse ou augmenter la temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diagnostic visuel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La surface de la membrane ressemble \u00e0 de la peau de requin, avec de fines ondulations transversales r\u00e9guli\u00e8res (perpendiculaires au sens de la traction).<br>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des vitesses d'extrusion \u00e9lev\u00e9es et dispara\u00eet lorsque la vitesse diminue. On le rencontre couramment avec les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9 (tels que le PET et le PP \u00e0 indice de fluidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi cela se produit-il ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mati\u00e8re fondue est soumise \u00e0 des vitesses de cisaillement extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es au niveau de la paroi de la fili\u00e8re, ce qui provoque un \u201c entra\u00eenement \u201d et une fracture de la surface, tandis que l'int\u00e9rieur reste intact. C'est un peu comme si l'on tirait violemment sur une serviette en papier humide : c'est la surface qui se d\u00e9chire en premier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 ne pas faire : ne baissez jamais la temp\u00e9rature ! Rupture \u00e9lastique (en spirale) : chauffage ou additifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diagnostic visuel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les stries sont larges, tordues et irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res, et s'\u00e9tendent dans le sens de la traction (longitudinal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, elles prennent la forme d'une spirale ou d'un bambou, et il arrive m\u00eame que tout le rideau de mati\u00e8re en fusion vibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils apparaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mani\u00e8re soudaine \u00e0 vitesse mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et persistent pendant un certain temps apr\u00e8s le ralentissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi cela se produit-il ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mati\u00e8re fondue est \u00e9tir\u00e9e et emmagasine de l'\u00e9nergie potentielle \u00e9lastique \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la fili\u00e8re ; celle-ci est soudainement lib\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie de la fili\u00e8re, provoquant un \u201c sursaut \u201d de la mati\u00e8re fondue. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est courant dans les mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sentant une distribution de poids mol\u00e9culaire tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite (tels que certaines polyol\u00e9fines m\u00e9talloc\u00e8nes et le PMMA \u00e0 haut poids mol\u00e9culaire).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 ne pas faire :<br>Ne r\u00e9duisez jamais la vitesse ! En cas de rupture \u00e9lastique, r\u00e9duire la vitesse s'av\u00e8re souvent inefficace et peut m\u00eame modifier la p\u00e9riode de stries sans pour autant l'\u00e9liminer. La solution consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. V\u00e9rification rapide sur une ligne de production de films coul\u00e9s de type bureau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lignes de production de films coul\u00e9s de table<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs vis courtes et \u00e0 leurs matrices de petite taille, permettent d'observer plus facilement le point critique de rupture de la mati\u00e8re fondue et n\u00e9cessitent moins de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re (500 g suffisent pour un balayage rapide). Proc\u00e9dure recommand\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9glez les temp\u00e9ratures du canon et de la matrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augmentez progressivement la vitesse de traction, de faible \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (tout en adaptant le d\u00e9bit d'extrusion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notez la \u201c vitesse critique \u201d \u00e0 laquelle des tra\u00een\u00e9es apparaissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajustez la vitesse en fonction de la morphologie des tra\u00een\u00e9es, comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus, et v\u00e9rifiez si la vitesse critique augmente.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Longitudinal streaks are one of the most troublesome problems in cast film machine experiments\u2014periodic or random patterns appear along the traction direction, sometimes fine like sharkskin, sometimes coarse and twisted.
