Convient au d\u00e9veloppement de formulations pour les pneus en caoutchouc, les joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 automobiles et les tuyaux flexibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres fonctionnels et syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 forte teneur en charge : m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres fonctionnels tels que les m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres conducteurs, thermoconducteurs, ignifuges et antibact\u00e9riens, ainsi que les m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres \u00e0 forte teneur en charge tels que le carbonate de calcium, le talc et le dioxyde de titane. Les m\u00e9langeurs internes sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces pour disperser les pigments et les charges difficiles \u00e0 disperser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s : nanocomposites, syst\u00e8mes renforc\u00e9s par des nanotubes de carbone, composites \u00e0 base de graph\u00e8ne, mat\u00e9riaux magn\u00e9tiques, m\u00e9lange de poudres c\u00e9ramiques (m\u00e9lange et dispersion de poudres m\u00e9talliques et c\u00e9ramiques), et syst\u00e8mes composites \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9 tels que les alliages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00e9langeurs internes Hartek sont disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes capacit\u00e9s, notamment 55 ml, 200 ml et 300 ml. Les mod\u00e8les HTK-55, HTK-200 et HTK-300 r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de la R&amp;D, de la production en micro-lots \u00e0 celle en petits lots. Les types de rotors peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction des mat\u00e9riaux et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s : \u00e0 rouleaux, Banbury, \u00e0 cames et Sigma, afin de s'adapter \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de cisaillement optimale.
