Des probl\u00e8mes tels qu'une mauvaise dispersion des plastifiants ou une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale des stabilisants thermiques apparaissent imm\u00e9diatement lors d'un essai sur un laminoir \u00e0 deux cylindres \u00e0 ciel ouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hartek a r\u00e9cemment men\u00e9 un essai avant-vente pour un client \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle du laboratoire <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extruder-lab.com\/fr\/products\/lab-two-roll-mill\/\">broyeur ouvert \u00e0 deux cylindres<\/a><\/strong> (Mod\u00e8le : HTR-120). Il pr\u00e9sente une largeur de rouleau de 300 mm et permet un r\u00e9glage flexible de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le dans une plage comprise entre 0,2 et 2 mm. Les rouleaux en acier sont chrom\u00e9s dur et polis miroir ; leur duret\u00e9 Rockwell d\u00e9passe 60, ce qui garantit leur durabilit\u00e9 lors d\u2019une utilisation \u00e0 long terme. Les options de chauffage comprennent un chauffage \u00e9lectrique ou \u00e0 huile pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques du processus ; le syst\u00e8me prend en charge des temp\u00e9ratures allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 \u00b0C avec une pr\u00e9cision de r\u00e9gulation de \u00b12 \u00b0C, r\u00e9pondant ainsi pleinement aux exigences de stabilit\u00e9 thermique du compoundage du PVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>broyeur ouvert \u00e0 deux cylindres<\/strong> est con\u00e7ue pour offrir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de fonctionnement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un m\u00e9canisme d'arr\u00eat automatique d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par le capot de protection et \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de freinage d'urgence activ\u00e9 par la porte \u00e0 ouverture invers\u00e9e. L'\u00e9cart entre les deux rouleaux est r\u00e9glable manuellement avec une pr\u00e9cision de 0,01 mm, ce qui permet un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de l'\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un \u00e9cran tactile TFT Siemens et d'un syst\u00e8me de commande centralis\u00e9 par API Siemens ; une fonction de m\u00e9morisation des recettes facilite le passage rapide d'un param\u00e8tre de processus \u00e0 l'autre, tandis que de doubles protections de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectriques, garantissent la conformit\u00e9 aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 CE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PVC est un mat\u00e9riau thermosensible dont la plage de traitement est \u00e9troite ; des temp\u00e9ratures insuffisantes entra\u00eenent une plastification inad\u00e9quate, tandis que des temp\u00e9ratures excessives provoquent une d\u00e9composition et une d\u00e9coloration. La HTR-120 utilise un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la temp\u00e9rature afin de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de la surface du rouleau dans la plage d\u00e9finie, emp\u00eachant ainsi efficacement la d\u00e9gradation thermique du PVC pendant le processus de compoundage.<br>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re en PVC subit des op\u00e9rations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de cisaillement, de compression et de pliage entre les deux rouleaux, les additifs \u2014 tels que les plastifiants \u2014 sont dispers\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne dans la matrice de PVC, et le mat\u00e9riau se plastifie progressivement pour former une feuille homog\u00e8ne.
