Le film XPS est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication de composants \u00e9lectroniques, de composants et de mat\u00e9riaux d'enveloppe d'\u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques qui n\u00e9cessitent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ignifuges, et pr\u00e9sente d'\u00e9normes perspectives d'application sur le march\u00e9. Il se compose principalement d'une extrudeuse \u00e0 une vis, d'un changeur de crible, d'une fili\u00e8re de coul\u00e9e, d'un rouleau de d\u00e9roulement et d'un rouleau de r\u00e9enroulement de la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La machine de laboratoire pour l'extrusion de films peut pr\u00e9parer des films de 0,012 mm. La surface du produit est blanc cass\u00e9 et transmet la lumi\u00e8re, elle est lisse et plate et ne pr\u00e9sente pas de lignes verticales cristallines \u00e9videntes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. La fili\u00e8re de moulage par extrusion et les zones de transition sont chauff\u00e9es \u00e0 265 degr\u00e9s dans la zone du cylindre de mat\u00e9riau 1, \u00e0 285 degr\u00e9s dans la zone du cylindre de mat\u00e9riau 2 et \u00e0 295 degr\u00e9s dans le moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Les granul\u00e9s XPS sont s\u00e9ch\u00e9s \u00e0 140 pendant 4 heures avant de d\u00e9marrer la machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Chaque rouleau de puissance (coul\u00e9e, traction et enroulement) est entra\u00een\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment par un servomoteur, avec un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la vitesse du rouleau et de bonnes performances de synchronisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Le contr\u00f4leur de temp\u00e9rature du moule et le chauffage \u00e0 l'huile thermique sont utilis\u00e9s, et la temp\u00e9rature de la surface du rouleau est pr\u00e9cise et la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature est faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
