The laboratory cast film defect detection line consists of a drive system, extrusion system, die head, cast roller system, traction system, winding system, film gel spot detection system, and electrical control system. It is applied to conventional plastic film extrusion molding and features miniaturization, intelligence, and high precision. The film gel spot detection system is an optical inspection instrument specifically designed for the surface quality inspection of both transparent and non-transparent films. It detects film defects in real time without omissions, such as gel, black spots, fibers, wrinkles, and pores.
