Recently, a laboratory tablet press and vulcanizing apparatus from Hartek was successfully shipped to Beijing, where installation and operation training were completed. This equipment will be used for tableting and vulcanization process verification of polymer material samples, supporting research and development and teaching needs.

Application of lab tablet press
- Rubber compounding, sheeting, and vulcanization process verification in rubber formulation development;
- Hot pressing and performance testing of thermoplastics (such as TPU, PA);
- Teaching sheeting and vulcanization operations in university materials science labs;
- Sample preparation and performance analysis of rubber products (such as sealing rings, gaskets);
- Pretreatment sample preparation before composite material interfacial bonding strength testing.
After equipment delivery, Hartek engineers completed on-site mechanical installation, electrical debugging, and basic operation training, covering start-up procedures, parameter settings, safety regulations, and daily maintenance points. Currently, this laboratory sheeting press and vulcanizing machine is operating stably and has been put into regular experimental use.
