Features:

  • Multi-layer co-extrusion, flexible structure: Supports free combination of 2 to 5 layers, enabling various co-extrusion modes such as AB, ABA, and ABC, facilitating research on the impact of different layer structures (e.g., functional layers, structural layers, adhesive layers) on film performance.
  • Micro-feeding, cost-saving: With a production capacity of 1.5~9 kg/h and low single-batch feed, it is ideal for process verification of expensive materials such as high-barrier resins like EVOH and special compatibilizers.
  • High-precision casting: Equipped with a coat hanger-style flow channel precision casting die and dedicated chiller rollers, ensuring uniform film thickness (within ±5%) and a smooth surface.
  • Precise zoned temperature control: Each extruder employs independent multi-zone PID temperature control, with a maximum temperature of 350℃ and a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, meeting the co-extrusion process requirements of materials with different melting points.
  • Convenient operation and easy maintenance:
  • Modular design: The screw, barrel, and die can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning, effectively avoiding cross-contamination.
  • Intelligent Control: Employs Siemens PLC control with formula storage function for convenient recall and repetition of different process parameters.
  • Adjustable Die Head: Die head width is customizable and adjustable (commonly 150-300mm) to adapt to different testing standards.
  • Wide Material Compatibility: Compatible with various polymer material systems such as PET, PA, PP, PE, EVOH, PLA/PBAT, etc.
