The HTGD-11 is a laboratory-scale hot melt extruder developed by Hartek for pharmaceutical hot-melt extrusion processes. It employs a multi-zone independent PID temperature control system, maintaining a temperature difference within ±1℃. The modular screw assembly design allows for rapid adjustment of screw component configurations according to formulations. A high-torque transmission system ensures stable operation with high-viscosity materials. Its minimum batch sample capacity of 50g effectively reduces the consumption of high-cost raw materials in research and development.
The equipment is suitable for applications such as pharmaceutical polymer modification, drug carrier formulation development, and pharmaceutical polymer blending experiments.
