Chinaplas 2026 Exhibition in Shanghai

In April 2026, HARTEK will participate in CHINAPLAS 2026, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. At this exhibition, we will showcase five experimental equipment for polymer material processing, covering film forming, 3D consumable preparation, compounding, micro-extrusion, and spinning processes.

Exhibited Equipment of Lab Extruder:

Casting Experimental Line: This equipment integrates precision extrusion, casting molding, thickness control, and automatic winding units, suitable for formula verification and process parameter optimization of polymer films. It can simulate industrial casting production processes, providing reliable small-scale data for material research and development.

3D Printing Filament Experimental Line: Designed specifically for 3D printing Filament research and development, supporting common materials such as PLA, ABS, TPU, and PEEK. The equipment features high wire diameter control precision and stable operation, meeting the needs of small-batch, multi-variety consumable trial production.

Laboratory Internal Mixer: Used for the strong mixing and dispersion of polymers and fillers, suitable for formula development of rubber, plastics, and thermoplastic elastomers. Equipped with a precise temperature control system, it can accurately reflect the rheological behavior of materials during processing.

Miniature Conical Twin-Screw Extruder: Utilizing a conical screw design, it features excellent feeding characteristics and self-cleaning capabilities. Particularly suitable for micro-scale research and process verification of high-value-added materials and specialty engineering plastics, it offers convenient material changing and cleaning, effectively reducing research and development costs.

Laboratory spinning machines provide complete spinning process simulation from melting, metering, spinning to winding, suitable for spinning process research of polyester, nylon, polypropylene, and differentiated fibers. The equipment has a compact structure and adjustable spinning speed, making it an ideal tool for chemical fiber material research and development.

The above five devices can be used independently or combined according to user needs to form a continuous small-scale pilot platform, realizing full-process verification from material mixing, melt extrusion, molding to finished product.
