A twin-screw extrusion and pelletizing machine line from Hartek Technology has successfully completed factory commissioning and packing, and has officially been shipped to Uzbekistan.
This marks the first entry of Hartek Technology’s equipment into the Uzbek market, signifying a new step forward in the company’s international expansion within Central Asia.

Uzbekistan is a key economy in Central Asia and a participant in the “Belt and Road Initiative.” With the country’s rapid industrial growth in recent years, the demand for advanced laboratory extrusion and pelletizing machine within the polymer processing sector has steadily increased. Technoplastic LLC, a leading local manufacturer of polymer composites, specializes in the R&D and production of polypropylene (PP) composites—such as the PP-2027 and PP-2207 grades—which are widely used in packaging, construction, and automotive components; the company’s products are also exported to neighboring countries like Tajikistan.
The HTGD-20 twin-screw extrusion and pelletizing machine line being shipped to Uzbekistan will be primarily used for new polymer material formulation development, the validation of blending and modification processes, and product performance testing. Featuring precise temperature control and flexible screw configuration capabilities, this equipment effectively meets the requirements for blending and modifying polypropylene with various fillers (such as talc, calcium carbonate, and glass fiber), thereby helping the customer accelerate their new material R&D.

Hartek Technology is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” (SRDI) SME. It holds over 30 national patents and has obtained ISO9001 and EU CE certifications. Its business spans eight major sectors: packaging, agriculture, industry, food, tobacco, healthcare, specialty materials, and new energy electronics. The company has supplied equipment to more than 500 enterprises, universities, and research institutions worldwide.
Hartek’s twin-screw extrusion granulator is increasingly reaching countries and regions along the “Belt and Road,” providing global customers with professional R&D and testing equipment for polymer materials.
